As someone who has participated in training programs and worked closely with my supervisors and TPD, I can attest to the benefits of adapting to personality and character differences. Knowing my personality and learning style and that of my supervisor (who acts as a mentor during our training) forms the biggest ability to learn from someone who has more experience and knowledge in your field.
